Lauren Montgomery, who worked on both Avatar: The Last Airbender & The Legend of Korra, is to direct the first, untitled installment! The first of the THREE animated Avatar films in development. She has also worked on many animated superhero movies.
Those are huge news if we take in account that the past few months we've gotten next to nothing from the Avatar Studios.
